Project Architect, R.A.
You can call me Sandy. I'm an observer, a morning bird, a baker, a traveler, an architect in training, and—with a French press in hand—a coffee enthusiast.
I've lived in many places, and visited many more. I was raised in Maryland, which means I'm always up for crabs and corn. My formal architectural education was completed at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate New York, with time studying abroad in Shanghai, China. After graduation, I've lived and worked in Washington DC, Kazakhstan, and now I'm home with Studio+ in Florida.
Having lived in foreign countries for 6 years, and having gone without speaking the native language prior to arriving, I've developed some serious skill in observing and listening. I really value other's views.
I think the best work comes from teams of people with diverse talents and perspectives. I believe a good argument can and should lead to learning on both sides, and I love collaborating with people who think differently than I do for this reason.
So, if you need a production specialist and someone you can go to if you need to Get. It. Done. Right.—I'm the one to call!
